Due Diligence, Inc.’s goals include covering all major business centers, establishing such wide brand recognition in the international business arena as to constitute the inevitable first choice for quality decision-making and due diligence services.

To assist with this goal, due diligence services are sold through marketing and sales programs via authorized affiliations. To best serve the wide range of companies looking to deploy decision-making and due diligence solutions in an efficient manner, our four-tiered Affiliation Program defines a number of values, guidelines and tangible tools to ensure that firms participating in the Program enjoy relationships that are fruitful, rewarding and dynamic.

Affiliates at different tiers provide comprehensive local, regional, national or international geographic sales coverage, and bring a strong familiarity of each level of these markets.

Affiliate Descriptions

• Tier I – Strategic Alliance
The Strategic Alliances Tier is strongly positioned for the high-growth business decision-making and due diligence services marketplaces. Strategic Alliances receive the widest range of incentives, including the largest commissions, co-branded marketing, and co-developing tools. The Strategic Alliance tier is positioned to attract the top national, international and regional firms.

• Tier II – Business Partner
Business Partners receive a wide range of incentives, including large commissions, sales tools, and co-marketing. Business Partners have established expertise in delivering professional services, will know how to find the business decision makers in their arena, and take responsibility for the delivery of services. Business Partners are national, international or regional organizations that are recognized as leaders with significant market influence in specific business market niches.

• Tier III – Marketing Partner
Marketing Partners receive a wide range of incentives, including large commissions, sales tools, and co-marketing. Marketing Partners will have significant presence in their arena, will know how to find the business decision makers in their market arena, and will also know how to address the business requirements clients may have in their specific industries.

• Tier IV – Sales Representative
Sales Representatives receive including good commissions, sales tools, and other benefits. Sales Representatives will have a good presence in their local marketplace and will know how to find the business decision makers in their local market area.

Due Diligence, Inc. also has a program for non-affiliated firms to earn good referral fees for introductions that become clients.
